DPW Snow Plow Catches Fire During Snow Removal Efforts In Lake Mohegan
All hands were on deck in Lake Mohegan on Tuesday morning when a snow plow caught fire in Cortlandt near the Yorktown border. At approximately 11 a.m. on Tuesday morning, while clearing snow on Red Mill Road near Old Oregon Road, a plow working from the Town of Cortlandt Highway Department caught fire, prompting a response from Lake Mohegan firefighters.
