A Putnam County man had to by "physically subdued" as he allegedly tried to interfere with first responders attempting to save the life of a person who was found unconscious in the Jefferson Valley Mall in Westchester. Members of the Yorktown Police Department, Lake Mohegan Fire Department and Mohegan Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
